Since none are listed on the ESP US site does that mean that they are not available in the US and the only way that I would be able to get one would be through the custom shop? I have seen the "Anime Girl" model, but I'd prefer one without the graphic. Any help is appreciated.

Nope, not available in the US anymore. I would imagine you can still order whatever you want. There was one on ebay a few months ago in green with stop tail. Maybe try a Japanese shop.

Well, the only one available in the US right now is this model:

I'm a huge anime fan, but I dunno if I'd want that on my guitar. Then again, beggars can't be choosers...

Are you sure? A lot of US online retailers carry them with a "limited quantities" tag, but since more than one instance of it exists, I would assume that there is more than just one.

May be a limited run then.. but the Horizon III haven't been availible in the US in any form for a long time, as a Standard series anyways...

Yeah...I wish they'd bring it back. Do you know why they aren't available anymore (lack of demand, etc)? I guess it sort of makes sense, seeing that a lot of the stuff on the ESP Japan site is not on the ESP US one, but since the other variants of the Horizon series are available you'd think that the Horizon III would be in the US as well.

You should be able to get your own custom Horizon III for less than $4,799.

A search through Google Shopping brought up three; Giardinelli and Musician.com also have them in stock. Despite that, if what you say is true (about it being a show guitar) that probably means ESP has no plans of bringing this design back to the states. :(

But I thought ESP had just raised prices?

those are all musiciansfriend dude, can be confusing.
musiciansfriend = musiciansfriend, musician.com (never heard of this one before), giardinelly, music123...might be forgetting something
then zzsounds = samedaymusic = american musical

Dude, seriously? I never would have guessed...I suppose getting a Horizon III will have to wait.
