Time to retube

Alright so its about time to retube my 6505+.
Any suggestions?

Also what are the tubes that glow blue?
Those are nifty.

JJ 6L6's from Eurotubes. Bob will hook you up! And tubes usually glow blue. Healthy ones will at least. Bob has serious tone to enhance a 6505.

6l6GC's right? I'd look into Sovtek or Tung Sol for power tubes and Electro Harmonix for Pre Amp tubes.

Whatever you decide... avoid Groove Tubes!

from what i have heard and seen, jj's are sick. I used to have a 5150II that i put rubys in and they soudned good as well, this tim I am goin jj's all the way

poweramp I really like JJs. Good stuff. Smooth, rounded curve, and solid.

I've tried a lot of different preamp tubes and Like jjs the best. Tungsols were real noisy. Nothing else was special. I haven't done the real high end 100 dollar jobs yet.
