its balanced just like the EX. I bought a better strap and it helped it.

I play an sg and its really neck heavy but i mean you get used to it pretty easy. sure it sucks you have to always be holding it but i've grown to like it.

yeah i own an EX and play it daily
and i play an fx-260 almost daily(on the days i work)
they both seem fine to me with a strap,
but stilling down, well any crazy shape guitar is gonna be hard to sit with,
but seriously,
crazy shape guitars, arnt rele ment to be sat down with, they are ment to be in your face and SCARY.
lol
but yeah, moving the button is a way to balance it, if it isnt up to you spec's

A leather strap will help. But I found that axe(EX-400BD) to be unbareable nonthless. A change in placement of the strap button would be the solution IMO

My FX400 is a tad neck heavy. It really isn't that uncomfortable to me. I have some guitars that are worse. The solutions have already been covered.

Totally agree. I had a jackson KE-3 bolt-on that was really neck heavy. I was always catching myself having to hold up the neck with my fret hand while playing. I havnt had to do that at all with my FX-400, the only reason its a little neck heavy is that when you let go of the guitar with both hands, it slowly starts to drop. But it only goes as far as waist level and nothing more. So I dont even notice it really.
