Does anyone know what the difference is between a Thin U and a U? Is a Thin U much thinner than a U? Can you compare each to a neck on other guitars? I like a pretty thin neck, would a U be too chunky? I know I'm not giving you a lot of information here, but I'm just trying to get a sense of the differences between the two since I can't go out and play them both. Thanks.

I like the Thin U much better. The difference doesn't look like much but to me the feel is very different.

Thanks a lot. That picture is very helpful. Do you know what those two metal pieces are on either side of the truss rod? Would you describe the U as chunky, or is it thin, but just thicker than the thin U?

I would also like to know what the two other peices are that you see next to the trustrod.

Diablo, about the neck question. It is how you see it man. The U isn't chunky at all to me though.

I would say it's graphite or something for a stronger neck :)

Its an outlet so u can plug an extension cord into your neck. And then flames come from the frets, its so fucking metal dude.
