Anyone know if this is custom shop? I've never seen a Horizon of that gen with the ST black color like that.

It was a standard series production model Horizon in the mid -late 90s / early 00s. Ash body, maple neck, rosebud board, etc., they usually go @ $6-700 depending on condition/case/shipping.
