1980s esp the Eclipse custom

how do you read these serials? all i see is 343 stamped after the 24th fret.. and anybody know value?

The old numbering system is whack and it's nearly impossible to pinpoint a pro date. Those Eclipse's were made around 88-91 and they're fantastic guitars. They sell for 500-800 depending on condition/color/how much someone is willing to pay.
