Looks a lot like the ESP 'Phoenix' guitar from the 80's that had the same body shape, but instead of a banana headstock, had the lawsuit Jackson headstock. That bass is a custom though so that would explain it. Very cool though, a lot of dough but I bet it will sell to the right person.
