Hello!
I need a part for my LTD KH-502 lic. Floyd Rose. I dont know the word for it in english. Its the part where you lock the string at the bridge.- steel saddle? On germen its called saitenreiter...
I destroyed the thread of the saddle for the big e string.
where can I get such a part?
thx
or could I screw a new thread?

Honestly, do yourself and that guitar a favor by upgrading to a real Floyd Rose. Better tuning stability, better construction, better overall by 100x. But if not, yes, you need a new saddle. Those are made out of cheap metal so I don't think tapping out the hole for new threads will work... it will just strip out over time.

But how much of a mod is it to change Floyds? Some guitars require routing, some require putting the posts in a slightly different location to center the strings again, some just have different spacing... etc etc.

An original Floyd will drop right into that route without any modifications. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the shitty licensed Floyd studs with real ones too.
