LTD GL500K serial number dating

Hi I'm brand spankin' new here.I just got a GL500K and I was wondering where I could get some info .Specs ,and date it was made.The serial number is U081903.

Any help would be appreciated.

Alder body, maple neck, rosewood board, Duncan designed pu's, Floyd licensed trem, produced from 2001-2003 I think. Great guitar, I had one and I'm stupid for selling it. They are selling anywhere from $500-600 now on ebay, I sold mine for $450 back when the market for them wasn't as big. Congrats on picking up a sweet piece of axe!

I got mine off eBay. All stock except some one replaced the stock trem with an original Floyd. It plays like a dream. Reminds me of a Les Paul sustain but with a strat body and whammy bar. I love it! been digging it so far.
