SPAM would be something like "click here to make money".. im simply stating my guitar is for sale for someone who wants to buy a used custom shop.

my post was not an advertisement, nor a commercial post, but a private party looking to see if another ESP player wanted to buy the ESP guitar I wanted to sell. .. i.e. im NOT a store... hence the word commercial. there is a difference between commercial and private when it comes to selling something.

We dont have a buy/sell forum, the espguitar company doesnt want us selling things on this board and our mod is cool enough to give us a spam thread to allow us to do so on a limited basis. Disrespecting the board, company and most importantly the mod arent getting you anywhere. The mod could easily take that spam thread away and say no selling, period.

look im not disrespecting anyone. im fact, i was disespected first. if you want to get snotty, a PM to tell me that wasnt the right place to do it would have been the proper thing to do, not a pic of a vial of salt , and a cheesy SPAM pic, with no explaination as to what was meant. again, look at the rules, it does NOT say a private member cant post such a post. if it did, i would not have done so.
