Whats the difference between the Esp Alexi...

Does anyone know whats the difference between the Esp custom shop pink Alexi or the Ltd pink Alexi? Is it really worth spending that much more money on the Esp rather then getting the Ltd?

If you think spending the $$$$ on a CS over a LTD will result in a better quality guitar, you'd be right.
