Ok so whats the deal with this guitar. It never really gets talked about and im pretty interested and might be a potential buyer. If any of you has one, what are your impressions on the guitar, good/bad comments, playability,construction, yada yada yada. I really need to know. Oh and pr0n would be appreciated, if you have any.

I know a dickhead is gonna say, "why dont you just go try it out supid", not that easy the only dealer that carries esp doesn't have these in stock, im gonna have to order online, they do have a few dv8-rs though. Which brings this question up how does the dv8-r compare to v-500?

As far as I know the V-500 have been on backorder for a good wile.

I remember someone saying they had one but I don't know if they moved over too vbulletin with the rest of us..

Yeah, there is only a handful of sites that have them in stock. Musiciansfriend.com i heard is moving warehouses so a lot of there stuff is listed as backorder.

I've got V 500. Dude, its totally worth the money. Sounds great, comes with phenomenal hardware, its durable as fuck! The earvana nut is perfect. It looks, and feels great right out of the box. Its hard for me to believe I paid only $699 for this guitar. I personally use it for black/symphonic metal, and its great. Highly recommend it, bro!

Sorry dude, I don't have a camera. It looks great though! Like I said above ,I bought it for $699 off musicians friend. As far as comparing it to the DV-8R, its the same thing, only the V500 has 81's, and an earvana nut.

No biggy, Im might be going with DV8-R though since the local Sam Ash has like 3 of them to try out right now. Too bad they are the old ones with the jb/jazz set would've like the Livewires instead owell.
