Haven't heard much talk about this one at all...granted you barely see George playing one but still....nice guitar?

I picked one up and the only flaw I can find is the strap button positioning...it's a tad neck heavy :-/

its a flying v-so itz bound to be a wee bit neck heavy with the standard strap pegs. i have an offset v shape alexi guitar, and if i dont wear a shirt that my strap can grip on to, the neck levels(or is above level) with the floor. i wouldnt call it a major neck dive cuz itz not like a gibson sg but itz okai if your strap can grip on to the threads of your shirt. but yeh-im not the kind of guy who changes strap positions cuz i like to keep the finish nice.

I figured that might be an answer...all my straps are nylon and it slips all over da place...

The 2008 model looks a lot better than the original one. I bet it sounds very nice, but the looks aren't for everybody's taste.

yeh nylon straps tend to be slippery, but then again-its the grain of nylon(i know it sounds wierd). like some of the thicker grains of threads grip on shirts better than the thinner ones. and also note that ur shirt should be pretty grippy/thready too. but like you can fix the problem, i came up with a way to stop it but it includes sewing. just like take some velcro(only the part with the hooks since it can grab onto your shirt) and sew it onto a part of the strap, preferably the part that is behind ur back. this way-ull have some grip. but slight downside is that it might stick to ur shirt and be a pain to remove. but itz better than getting shoulder cramps and shit

I got myself a nice wide leather strap...grips like a mofo....supports the guitar nicely and no neck diving :hat

i have them on my camera but imma n00b when it comes to uploading. itz an alexi 200. pretty amazing guitar and i dont abuse the floyd, so it stays in tune, despite what ppl say.itz a bolt on btw-so it made things a wee bit easier for me

basically what i did was loosen the strings(including the locking nut)
then i took out my strap pin from the stock/default location
i then took out the top left bolt of the bolt on neck, keeping the otehr 3 in the guitar.
i drilled out the strap pin so the bolt would fit and i just reinstalled it on the neck bolt.

and also-itz the same position as that blue ex 350 you see around these forums.
sorry that imma n00b at pics tho:( but if you pretend that the lynch guitar has a bolt on, then finding the top left bolt on the heel aint too hard:)

thats basically what i did, but he put it in the bottom left, while mine was at the top left(if u look at the plate when itz horizontal) and also, i filled in my strap hole with toothpicks, wood glue and some permy marker to cover it up:)
