Is this a pretty good guitar? I'm usually skeptical about V's. The only V I like playing is the Gibson Faded V. http://bbs.espguitars.com/showthread.php?t=14971&highlight=Amott The see-thru black one looks bad-ass! Although his first black with mirror pickguard was better. I must say from the pictures they awesome, and I'm so please with were they put the jack. So, do the play nice, would it be a good buy?

I've got a Ninja V (ESP) .The one with the mirror pickguard

And today that's my favorite guitar .

The neck is awesome, she's well balanced , she's light , sounds awesome in my 84' JCM 800 retubed to have more gain ..... In addition to some overdrive and eq in front of the amp it's killer .......

Is the neck on the old model a thin-U aswell? Cause I like just U, makes me feel like I'm holding on to something. I played a Razorback V, everything was okay but the neck was a V shape. So, I'm sure I would get used to the feel of the thin-U, but it would feel weird for awhile.

Yes it's a thin U .

In fact it look like a C shape but thinner .
