So, why is it I go on the Jap/Aus sites and see all these nice ESP/LTD models up for grabs that the USA can't get?? Can someone give me some history here?? Thanks!

therefor ESP can sell the Eclipse FT here without Gibson sueing them.

So let me get this straight just because he touches his self we cannot get the nice ESP and Ltd's.WOW!! what a relief I thought it was my fault because I really like touching myself in that special way, maybe it's because I do it in the morning and not at night. So carpeDem switch to the morning so we can get the nicer stuff.

I don't think it's the sue-happy Gibson. Because the PRS episode proved that they can't sue everybody. I am not certain why they don't send FTS, though. It seems like they couldn't supply them. I waited a long time to get a Eclipse II.
