hi all, i would like to know if the "ESP horizon nt II fm" is still in production, and i would like to know what's the difference between the horizon nt II and the horizon nt II FM.

Yes still in production. And as I remember the Horizon NT II FM is alder body with flame maple top...hence "FM". The Horizon NT II is mahogany body with with quilt maple top.

ok now, i saw that in some sites the esp that i want to buy is called ESP Horizon NT II FM, DBSB ( http://www.musicworldbrilon.de/index.php?action=article&hwid=4&hid=ESP&wid=GEG&artno=224604 )
and in other places the ESP horizon nt II fm is the one that i don't want... this: http://www.musik-palace.eu/ESP-Horizon-NT-II-FM::29311.html

The DBSD in the music world page refers to the colour I think - Dark Brown Sun Burst.

sorry again... i have one new question... are u sure the esp horizon nt II fm is still in production? all the websites i saw doesn't have it anymore... :rolleyes::eek:

Was in overseas catalog for 2007...and it's still 2007.

BTW, the FM was produced after the QM. It's a better bet to say that your shops have't got it YET.

yesterday i went to the musicshop, and they said they don't have that model on their catalog. :confused::confused:
what's the year of production of this model?

Well, when I bought my HNTII QM STBK, it wasn't on the catalog of my national distributor. If you don't make your seller move a little more, you'll still be whining here for some years. :|
My memories are not very accurate, but the FM model is from 2006 (or early 2007).

And it is in MY catalog for the region I live in.

So to answer your original question...

YES!! ESP still make this guitar.


but the FM model is from 2006

You could actually get it in 2005 as well.
