I'm not too sure if this is the right section of the forum, but oh well. For my next guitar, I'm completely split between an Xtone PC-V1 and the LTD F2E. I play hard rock mostly, along the lines of Queens of the Stone Age and Mastodon. I'm not too sure whether I really need the semi-hollow tones, or if I need the floyd, and I like the idea of both. Really, I'd just like to get some opinions or general thoughts on each of the guitars and which you'd suggest.

Your help is greatly appreciated,

Aqua

I say floyd just purely cos' its more my thing, plus i personally think it looks a hell of a lot better.
And the LTD F2E is pure sex, but then again its only a liscenced floyd its up to you but the F2E has my vote

Ohh it would probably suit you style of mustic better to =p

I'd say take the floyded one as a semihollow will not pull off extreme gain a-la mastodon without some serious feedback/squealing from the pickups due to the resonance hole(s).. and the bigsby isnt keeping tune as good as a floyd :p
