That's not the real deal. The reissues were made in the ESP Hollywood CS.

The guitar that started this thread is made by Creatacarve and is a copy of Michael Pipers version of the bones guitar. Creatacarve bought one of Michaels and used a duplicarver to make copies and is selling them on Ebay. If you are on a budget, it is one of the best bones guitars available but not accurate to the original.

I am the one carving the bones guitars on Christopher Woods website. I can assure you it does not take a year to get one. Here is a picture of my version of the bones guitar which is based on the original carved by J. Frog in 1986 seen in several Dokken videos, magazines, etc.

Chris does not carve these I do. We use his CnC machine to cut the file that I made and then I carve the details and paint them.

If someone has problems with Chris, I can assure you that it is not related to the bones project.
