I'm looking forward to get an MH-1000 with EMG's and floydrose...would be glad u get a feedback from the owners here

PLUS...do tell me what problems u face with the guiatar
My guitaring style is rather fast on soloing n rhythms...so is this a guitar that can provide me with the professional sound?

moreover...what do u guys have to say about the set-through joints...Do they blend well with the floyd rose...AND is the set-through rather delicate compared to bolt-on's and neck-through?

is the guitar durable enough? Or is it rather delicate?

One last thing...what do u think about the mahagony with mapel top??

Do you think alder would be a better option for soloing?? So would M-1000 would be a better option??

Thanx...would be glad to receive any bit of information...jus wanna make sure m goin for a gr8 guitar :D

Cheers \m/

From my limited experience with my own mh-1000, I have been happy with it (though I am thinking of selling it to possible get an ESP model (as opposed to LTD model). For the money, I think the mh-1000 LTD is a very respectable guitar that should hold up to most of what you can throw at it (assuming your aren't going to smash it on stage and will keep it set up properly as necessary). Mine is rock-solid and there is easy access to the upper frets as this guitar was designed for shredding (at a little more reasonable price but with lots of great upgrades like the OFR and active EMGs).
I don't think you can go wrong with the mh-1000 or the M-I or M-II - they are all pretty similar and the M-I / M-II are not that much more, unless you want the M-II (NTB) in which case you are looking at potentially another $500 - $600. And of course, the M-I does not have a tremolo bridge and is string-thru-body so if you want the OFR then obviously you'd be looking at the mh-1000 or M-II as two very good options.
If you have the access, try them out yourself, as there is no substitute for that.

The mh-1000 is a really top notch guitar.. Suits every style you might think, i mean, since its emg's all you have to do is roll down the volume knob a bit(since this controls the gain, not the volume on emg pickups) and you're set for blues and jazz for example. The set through is almost better than the neck through, more tonal variety, same joint.. easy fret access. And yes its durable.. Very durable.. But personal preference my friend, is the key...i think. :lol

First off, I'm commenting based on my exp w/my mh1k, with NO floyd and Seymour Duncans, but I'll do my best

PLUS...do tell me what problems u face with the guiatar
My guitaring style is rather fast on soloing n rhythms...so is this a guitar that can provide me with the professional sound?
Think it's a GREAT guitar, obviously would like to have an ESP, but VERY nice, definitely the nicest fiddle I have

moreover...what do u guys have to say about the set-through joints...Do they blend well with the floyd rose...AND is the set-through rather delicate compared to bolt-on's and neck-through?
Have never had a thru or set-thru before this guitar, no worries about it being delicate, it's a sturdy guitar

is the guitar durable enough? Or is it rather delicate?

One last thing...what do u think about the mahagony with mapel top??
It's good - nice dark tones, but the JB cuts thru, just fine - you will have plenty of options with the 81/85 set (IMO) which I will change to (one day)

Do you think alder would be a better option for soloing?? So would M-1000 would be a better option??Reversed headstocks FTL

umm considering alder is lighter than mahagony...makes it easier for handling da guitar...
ofcourse thr r heavy n light alder.. n its got a brighter tone thn mahagony which has more warmth to it..like da tone of EMG on mahagony is diff frm EMG on alder..

What the flying fuck ?

I have an Alder Alexi Laiho with Neck through and floyd and it doesnt give me a 'bonus' to my soloing. And i have EMG passives on it so cant say about the adding warmth

maybe if you didnt post 4-5 posts in a row , id take your advice and get offline. And yes i agree to whatever you said. But don't make a fool of yourself with your so called vocabulary and your so called guitar knowledge. Not saying that i know more than you. I know much less. But at least what little i know is right. And im not depressed in life....im quite the happy person. Im so happy that i look at your posts and cry with laughter. I came to believe that the poseurs like you stayed only on the 'leave britney alone' forums and the like. Well you proved me wrong. And amazing, you pick up really fast
"maybe if u'd stay home a practise a bit "
That's some sweet punctuations! if i were you id replace the 'a' with an 'and' and i might change the "u'd" to a "you would" or a "you'd".
Anyway as you said i spend too much time online....but it doesnt change the fact that your a noob.

Ok, will remember this when i'm getting fatter. The only reason i posted such a long post is because i got sooo mad! Im such an angry person lol. I get so pissed off when people on the internet abuse me. It makes me feel so small...you know? I start making these big bosts and i make 4-5 in a row to show how frustrated i am. As you see im so fat so i dont get any action. You, on the other hand have an awesome band (not being sarcastic here , loads of people know you in bangalore , well know of your band etc) So when great people like you tease me it really affects my self esteem and i start getting depressed... i sometimes, slit my wrists in anger to free myself from this nasty world of people who type 'lyk dis'. kthnxbai... muaaah.
