jon donais 600

I just ordered a JD 600, no word yet on when I might get it in. If anyone is out there that has one of these please post pics. I have seen the Namm shots...I am looking for personal owners and how long it took them to get their guitars in.

I don't think anyone who's ordered one has it yet... it will probably be another month or two before they start arriving at the shops. ESP was much better this year about getting the new 08 models out quickly though, I got my GL256 on Jan. 29 and NAMM was what, the 16th?

If the profile is like the one on his Washburn sig, you'll probably like it. The neck on my Donais is a tad on the wider side of things, but the profile fits my hand awesome. The strings sit inside the width of the fretboard a little more than most guitars, which is cool since its almost impossible to accidently pull the string off the edge of the board.

i ordered my JD-600 at the beginning of February. My dealer said they wont be coming in until late April at best. I may be deciding against it now and getting something else. I will probably end up with the natural finished X81 Face Eraser instead.

at least you got an answer. My guy at the store cant seem to get in touch with the rep. The cost was around 900. If I have to wait two months...I will more than likely end up with an Ec 1000.

then again, i dont know how the washburn neck's lke, and if its any fatter(Oviously is) than the thin u, i dont dig it :lol
