Nah Jh-2's are hard to come by. I found one in a shop in Korea. I think a bunch are floating around Japan and Korea with the longer serial numbers and not the 1-200 but the same guitar. I would do some interwebz searching. ;)

Nah one MX I mauled with KK graphix (www.seanydiesel.com) and my other black one is getting painted right now. ;)

hmmmm Kind of a odd question. IMO I preferred the MX, but then again the JH-2 has a maple neck, rose wood board and a thinner neck. But I found it neck dives a little and is a bolt on which feels awkward in an explorer, but tone wise the JH-2 is superb IMO. I think your better off getting an MX II. Set neck, easier to find, less expensive and also is made in the custom shop.

Awesome jh-2! How much are they selling for, the last one i saw was $2,500, it was a long time ago.

IMO (take it with a grain of salt)
Recently the prices are like:
JH-1 $2000-$3000
JH-2-$4000-$5500
JH-3-$5000- plus :)

or at least for me they where when I sold em all ;) (those prices include what I see on eghey)

All over the place. I got 2 used ones in mint condition, on with a HC mint also for $1800 and $1900. Then Katana sells em and people do buy them, for $2300 or so. So I say between 1900-$2300 depending on case and condition.

yea, i contacted some of the japaness vendors that usally auction em off on ebay and they told me that they are stopping putting em up because no one wants to pay the buy it now price or summin.whatever.just makes it more of a pain to order one

Probably because you can order your own and wait a while from the custom shop with extras like Sperzels, Hard Shell, Snow White paint etc for not much more. Plus they do EMG 60/81 combos no upcharge.
