Is it Basswood or Agathis?
in the catalog it says basswood but other sources say agathis.

I think that the '08 is basswood and the current '07 model is agathis.

Correct me if I'm wrong, just guessing.

I would think that 2008 would be agathis as well. It seems like after 2004 or 2005, somewhere in there, the lower end LTD's changed from basswood to agathis.
