Whats the equivalent nut size on the form for 43mm?

I can't choose my neck wood, only body wood. How can I specify a Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard.

The online form (I belive) is just there to give you an estimated price, you may get a real form from your local ESP dealer.. I might be wrong though :p

Yeah, the online generator is only a ballpark quote. For the most accurate quote, print out the pdf and specifically list all the options you want (whether listed or not), and then send it to your dealer of choice.
